This notice is to make the general public aware that Pilatus SICAV plc (“the
Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to
accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation
to Karakorum Sub-Fund and Global Macro Trading Strategy Sub-Fund (“the SubFunds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely
voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
Accordingly, with effect from 6 March 2018, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by
the MFSA.
