This notice is to make the general public aware that Somerset Management Malta Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the recognition certificate granted to it. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 August 2019, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
