This notice is to make the general public aware that Selenium SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to Acklon Fund, Dianthus Fund and Erodium Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 December 2018, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
