This notice is to make the general public aware that Mr Edwin Buttigieg requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence which was issued to Mr Buttigieg to act as a Company Service Provider in terms of the Company Service Providers Act. The MFSA has accepted Mr Buttigieg’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 03 November 2020, Mr Buttigieg ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
