This notice is to make the general public aware that Medarea Forex Services Ltd recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Financial Institutions Licence to undertake financial institution’s activities. The MFSA has accepted the Institution’s request.

This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with immediate effect, Medarea Forex Services Ltd has ceased to undertake these activities.
