This notice is to make the general public aware that Island Financial Services Limited recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Licence as a Financial Institution to undertake Money Broking Activities. The MFSA has accepted this request.

This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15th April, 2010, Island Financial Services Limited ceased to undertake this activity.

Island Financial Services Limited still retains its licence under the Investments Services Act.
