This notice is to make the general public aware that SevenHills Investment Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Dynamic Opportunities Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and its Sub-Fund, Opportunity I, from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 September 2022, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
