This notice is to make the general public aware that Family Management Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the authorisation which was issued to the Company to act as a trustee of a family trust in terms of Article 43B of the Trust and Trustees Act (“TTA”) Cap 331 of the Laws of Malta. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such authorisation.  This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 June 2020 the Company ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
