This notice is to make the general public aware that SiliconIsles SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence and its sub-fund, the SiliconIsles I Private Equity Fund (“the Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 December 2019, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
