The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) has become aware that an entity by the name of TradeFast / TradeFast Inc. / TradeFast Holdings Inc. with an address indicated at “Tower Business Centre, 5A, Tower Street, Swatar, BKR 4013, Malta” and a website at: http://www.tradefastholdings.com and which purports to operate in the online Foreign Exchange Market, is fraudulently claiming to be licenced and regulated by the MFSA to provide broker / dealer and asset management services.

The MFSA wishes to alert the public, in Malta and abroad, that TradeFast / TradeFast Inc. / TradeFast Holdings Inc. is not a company registered in Malta and is not licensed or otherwise authorised by the MFSA to provide any type of financial service. Accordingly, the MFSA warns the public against dealing with this company.

The MFSA would like to remind consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they have ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction is being made holds a licence granted by the MFSA or is otherwise authorised to provide such services by another foreign reputable financial services regulator.
