MFSA Warning - OKX Clone - [email protected]
JUNE 22, 2026

The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA” or “the Authority”) has become aware that an entity is contacting consumers from the following email address [email protected] and misusing the details of the MFSA licensed company OKX Europe Limited. Fraudsters are falsely representing themselves as originating from OKX Europe Limited compliance personnel in an effort to deceive the public.

The Authority would like to inform the public that [email protected] is NOT the official channel of the MFSA licensed entity. [email protected] has NO association with OKX Europe Limited. The Authority would like to remind consumers to proceed with caution and carefully examine email addresses as these may closely resemble the official channels.

The email [email protected] therefore appears to be a clone of the legitimate entity and the public should therefore refrain from entering into any transactions or otherwise dealing with the false entity on any matters falling within the parameters of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Act (Chapter 647 of the Laws of Malta).
