Online - Microsoft Teams

This webinar is intended to provide guidance to Listed Entities on how to submit Transparency Directive (TD) data on the MFSA's LH Portal.

Following the additional requirements prescribed by the legislation on the European Single Access Point (ESAP), the MFSA will take on the role of the Officially Appointed Mechanism. Therefore, Listed Entities will be submitting their TD data (e.g. company announcements) through the MFSA's LH Portal rather than the Malta Stock Exchange's portal.

The session will provide a brief overview of the legislative context to ESAP as well as a walkthrough of the new submission process on the LH Portal.
