Following the Insurance Conference, the MFSA is organising a series of workshops as part of the Authority’s ongoing commitment to proactive engagement with the industry throughout the transposition and implementation of the Solvency II 2020 Review.
This workshop will provide an overview of the salient amendments introduced under the Solvency II Review, with a particular focus on matters relevant to captive insurance and reinsurance undertakings, Protected Cell Companies, and Insurance Managers. Questions and concerns may be raised ahead of the workshop by making use of the questionnaire published in the Consultation Document.
The Authority encourages interested participants to register by Friday, 29 May 2026, using the registration form below.

The Authority encourages interested participants to register by not later than Friday 29 May 2026.
Please be advised that each Insurance Manager, PCCs and Captive Insurance and Reinsurance Undertakings may register up to four participants while Law Firms, Auditors and Advisors may register up to two participants. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Photos and videos will be taken during the event with the intent to publish this material on social media channels and the website.
