About People & Culture
The People & Culture function within the Authority provides human resources capabilities that are essential for the fulfilment of its mission covering recruitment, retention, remuneration and reward. It acts as a strategic business partner and catalyst within the Authority to ensure the achievement of performance results through its people. As People & Culture we place employees at the heart of the Authority's mission, reflecting the drive being undertaken to bring about change and organisational growth within the MFSA.
It is also responsible for identifying training needs in the financial services sector and for developing, creating and implementing training programmes in conjunction with the relevant professional training bodies and academic institutions. The team implements other staff related provisions, including the MFSA Ethics Framework, the MFSA Anti-Fraud Policy and Occupational Health & Safety.
All projects and initiatives undertaken by the team are driven by the five MFSA values of integrity, trustworthiness, dependability, independence and excellence.
